Return Policy

At Vegetarian Wellness we strive for customer satisfaction. You may return products from 15 days of receipt of the order, although there must be a valid quality reason for return orders. Products returned must be in their original packaging and in suitable condition. Unfortunately shipping and handling fees are not refundable and you are responsible to pay the shipping fees to our facilities.

Step One

To initiate a return you must first fill out our returns form . Once we review and reply back to you with a confirmation that the return is valid you may proceed to step two.

Step Two

Once our returns department has authorized a return please pack your items into appropriately protective packaging. Products must be returned in suitable condition. Unfortunately, you will be responsible to pay return shipping costs. Vegetarian Wellness has the right at its sole discretion to reject any return that does not meet with its return requirements.

Please pack the products along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Ship your return purchase to the following address:
